Dryden Lacrosse Pancake Breakfast

Dryden Boys Lacrosse will be having a a Pancake Breakfast at the Cortland Applebees on Sunday March 25th.  Please see any player for Tickets.

Dryden Central School is looking to fill Head Lacrosse Coaching position for their Boys Modified Team.

Open Gym Thursday 03/01 3-5 @ HS. Open to grades 7-12.

Starting Monday March 5th Open Gym 3-5 @ HS M-F
Saturday March 10th 8-10 @ HS.
Open to Grades 9-12 and those in 8th grade that played JV last year.

 

Varsity Season Starts 03/12/2012 - 

Tentative Practice Schedule starting 03/12/2012 is 5:30-7:30 M-F at DES, 10-12 Saturday @ DES

 

Boys Lacrosse Rules - Clarification

Clarifications/Corrections to 2012 Boys' Rules    Click here

 Some things our guys might not be aware of, especially the tape rings and end caps.

Tape rings are popular now to give added grip at the base of the stick.  See the rules at the link above.  3.5" circumference is only a little bigger than the handle itself, so make sure the rings are within 3" from the end of the stick.

Also, all hollow handles must have an end cap designed for a lacrosse stick.  

No Bottle Caps - No Tape only.
